Exploring QR codes as artistic medium
Concocted early interactive QR experiences, evolved into other data-encoded art
I began experimenting with painted QR codes in 2011—years before they were common—to explore how far they could be stretched as visual objects and as interactive triggers. What started as a curiosity-driven art experiment became Depiction, a pair of neighborhood-scale interactive installations, then grew into STEAM-focused art and sound installations and an artist residency.

Reviving 17 years of museum’s digital history
Created an exploratory archive that mirrors wandering the museum itself
I transformed Elsewhere Museum’s scattered 17-year archive into an intuitive system of exploration—letting visitors rediscover past installations through a digital experience that mimicked exploring the museum itself, but with time travel. The archive system remains today as a living proof of concept.

Crafting a flexible web presence
Designed a digital hub that made a nomadic arts nonprofit find its voice—and its donors
Pop Box Gallery needed a website as adaptable as its constantly shifting exhibits and events. I built a site that organized their programming into a clear, easy-to-manage system that kept artists and audiences at the center. The site quickly became their core outreach tool, helping them grow their community and strengthen donor support.

Restoring digital foundation and shaping its redesign
Rescued a crumbling WordPress site and rebuilt a stable platform poised for a visual design reset
Elsewhere Museum’s website was collapsing under outdated plugins, broken content, and years of design drift. I recovered data and rebuilt on Squarespace with clearer structure, visual coherence, and long-term maintainability. The result became the museum’s dependable digital backbone for communication, programming, and outreach, although further visual design development paused due to leadership changes.
